Some airlines only occasionally offer direct flights. Please verify the availability of direct flights through the respective airline's application/ internet. The best Suggestion all the participants need to arrive one day before the trip because normally the trip pick-up will start at 08.30 am - 10.30 am. The participant can also come on the day of the sailing trip with the condition, that the participant has to arrive in Labuan Bajo at the latest at 09.00 am. Please note that we are not responsible for any cancellation or delay of the flights.

You can book directly through the official Komodo Luxury website by filling out the booking form or by contacting the customer specialist via WhatsApp. Once you’ve chosen the dates and package, you’ll typically pay a deposit to lock in your trip, then settle the balance before departure.
Participant Cancellation: If a guest cancels, payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can’t be used for another trip. However, you may find a replacement to take your spot.
