Departure

• For the 9D8N – 12D11N trip packages, participants are able to leave on the final day of the trip, with the flight schedule arranged to suit their needs.
• However, for the 8D7N package, participants may depart one day after the end of the trip.

Responsibilities

• If you join this trip, you are supposed to understand our terms & conditions.
• Registration or booking should be fixed 14 days before the trip date.
• The destination options may change without prior notice from the National Park, depending on the special request, dinner beach setup, flight timetables, weather (dry/rainy season), sea currents, and restrictions.
• If you cannot complete scheduled destinations due to ill health while on board, please understand that no refund will be given.
• PT. Indonesia Juara Wisata (KomodoLuxury) is not liable for failure to perform their obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, volcanic ash cloud, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, terrorist activities, blockage, embargo, labor dispute or strike.
• PT. Indonesia Juara Wisata (KomodoLuxury) is not responsible for any losses, damage, death, injuries, or claims arising from it.
• Registration requires a minimum down payment of 30% of the total rate cost (non-refundable).
• The rest of the payment fees can be made no later than seven days before the agreed date.

Cancellation Policy

• For cancellation of your tour, we will charge the following:
  1. From 90 days to 61 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
  2. From 60 days to 31 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee
  3. From 30 days to the day of departure: 100% cancellation fee
• Registration without a down payment can be canceled without prior notice for participants.
• If you are allergic to any foods/beverages, please notify us at your earliest convenience.
• There is no exchange of towels & sheets during the trip due to eco-environmental reasons.
• You are not allowed to bring your own alcoholic beverages.
