The best Suggestion all the participants need to arrive one day before the trip because normally the trip pick-up will start at 08.30 am – 10.30 am. Cancellation

1. Participant Cancellation

   It a cancellation is made by the participant before the date is taken for any reason, a cancellation fee will be charged with the following conditions:

   • After registering: the deposit is forfeited (non-refundable)
   • ⁠30-15 days before the date of departure: 75% of the cost of the tour package
   • Less than 15 days before the approval date : 100% Of the tour package fee

   Cancellation fees also apply to participants who change the departure date or change the tour package / tour type. It the cancellation occurs because Of force majeure forced/unresolvable incident due to natural disasters, riots, terrorism and others. Therefore, participant can be schedule to another day.

2. Force Majeure
   In force majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, or other coercive conditions), the trip may be changed or canceled without refund for participants, and KomodoLuxury / Indonesia Juara Trip is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused.
   (Force majeure refers to events beyond human control that prevent activities from being carried out properly.)
3. Late Arrival
   Participants who arrive late at the meeting point, causing an extension of the itinerary, inconvenience to other participants, or other disruptions, are considered to have resigned from the trip with no refund.
4. We are not responsible for the terms and conditions set forth by any other company.

Responsibility

1. Komodo Luxury is not responsible and cannot be held liable for changes or cancellations of flight schedules, baggage damage or loss, airlines, hotels, or other transportation delays, or for damage or loss of participants’ personal belongings during the trip. Komodo Luxury is also not liable for changes or reductions in travel due to Force Majeure.
2. Participants are responsible for any loss or damage to trip facilities such as life jackets, snorkels, and masks. The cost of the damaged or lost items will be charged to the participant.
3. Participants must follow the instructions of the tour leader during the trip and cannot make unilateral decisions in any form without our consent.
4. Suppose any participant engages in illegal drug use or causes disturbances that inconvenience other participants during the trip. In that case, Komodo Luxury reserves the right to remove or repatriate the participant without any refund of payments made.
